A platform for journalist, researchers, and content creators. I helped them redesign the entire Web App from the ground up, including a knowledge guide book.
I worked directly with the founder to identify key problems in the existing product, conducted competitor analysis to understand the industry's best practices, and identified design and usability issues that need to be addressed.
